Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $75.00 per hour for a certified teacher with a teaching license, $60.00 per hour for a high school diploma or GED holder.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join StaffEZ as an Emergency Instructional Assistant, supporting Manchester City Schools in providing quality education to students.

As an Emergency Instructional Assistant, you will be responsible for substituting teachers in various subjects and grade levels, ensuring continuity of learning for students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional support to students in a variety of subjects and grade levels
  • Manage classroom environments, promoting a positive and engaging learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure smooth transitions and continuity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college credit or a valid teaching certificate preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities
