Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at GEICO's Fredericksburg, VA office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to policyholders, demonstrating the value of being insured by GEICO
  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
