Data Analyst for Joint Advertising and Market Research

Job Summary

The Leidos company is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support the Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) contract. As a key member of the team, you will conduct data analysis and research to inform military recruitment strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with JAMRS objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, including surveys, market research, and digital analytics, using statistical tools and software such as Excel, SPSS, R, and Python.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand target audiences, advertising effectiveness, and recruitment trends, analyzing competitor strategies and market dynamics to provide actionable insights for JAMRS initiatives.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations, translating complex data and analysis into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Support various projects by providing analytical insights and data-driven recommendations, working with project managers and team members to ensure that data analysis aligns with project goals and timelines.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, experience with market segmentation tools, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Security Clearance: Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check.
