Job Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Develop construction schedules, conduct regular updates, and oversee/manage the construction progress.
  • Manage jobsite logistics and maintain relationships with adjacent occupants.
  • Negotiate with relevant authorities to achieve project occupancy milestones.
  • Coordinate subcontractor work scopes, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress reports, payment applications, and anticipated cost reports.

Financial Management
  • Work with the Project Manager to establish the general conditions budget and manage labor cost reporting.

Documentation
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all project plans, specifications, contracts with owners, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project-related documents, ensuring a complete and accurate set of as-built records.
  • Proficient in personal computer-based scheduling software, particularly spreadsheet applications, and current industry-related software packages (SureTrak).
