- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and family members regarding disease management, palliative care, and end-of-life options.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in nursing (MSN).
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Minimum one year experience in acute-care settings providing direct patient care.
- Previous hospice experience preferred.
Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
