We are seeking a skilled and dependable paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in the field of Commercial Personal Injury Law to collaborate with our attorneys on ongoing litigation matters. Our team works diligently together to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research on applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Draft essential legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and manage case files while maintaining document databases.
- Coordinate appointments, hearings, and depositions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation.
- Attend court hearings and trials as necessary.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in Commercial Personal Injury Law.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
