Transportation Coordinator Job Description

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe transportation and maintenance of our mobile imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport equipment to designated locations within a predetermined schedule
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and general maintenance are performed according to government regulations and company guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness of transportation equipment, including weekly or bi-weekly exterior washing
  • Perform monthly maintenance on vehicle
  • Ensure tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain current logs, including electronic logs and fuel/mileage reports, and submit in a timely manner
  • Document daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on vehicle
  • Complete expense reports and time reports in a timely manner and submit to appropriate supervision for approvals
  • Ensure unit contains current registrations, permits, and insurance documents at all times

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with shifts including nights and weekends. The ideal candidate will live in Manchester, NH or surrounding area.
