Join Our Team as a Wellness Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wellness Nurse to join our team at Maplewood at Weston LLC. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and provide direct care to residents
  • Teach and counsel residents on wellness and health promotion
  • Participate in assessments and support residents and their families
  • Oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants and training of associates
  • Complete monthly in-service training as required
Requirements:
  • Current licensure to practice as a Wellness Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
  • Two years of full-time or full-time equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience working with older adults and ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and maintain good physical and emotional health
