Healthcare Operations Assistant

**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a Healthcare Operations Assistant to join our team at MEDIX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care.
The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000 per year.
About the Position:
- This role involves working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- You will contribute to the efficient operation of our healthcare services by managing patient flow and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure timely updates to EMR systems.
- Prepare for and support surgical and procedural activities.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage patient volumes and optimize workflows.
- Provide translation services for non-English speaking patients.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Bilingual skills a significant asset.
