Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide physical therapy interventions to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning
  • Communicate with healthcare team members, patients, and families regarding treatment plans and progress

Requirements:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
