About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Billing Specialist to join our team at the Minnesota Independence College and Community. As a Program Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with other members of the Financial Services Team to best serve our participants and families for items surrounding program service fee billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with other members of the Financial Services Team
  • Demonstrate independent decision-making, planning, and follow-through
  • Facilitate positive relationships with community partners and promote MICC

Requirements:
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or other eligible credentials
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience (Accounts Receivable or financial services experience)
  • Experience billing waivers or working with Financial Management Services (FMS) a plus

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year,
