Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that guest accommodations are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position requires adherence to established cleaning protocols and guidelines to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms on a daily basis.
  • Remove waste and soiled linens from all areas of the hotel.
  • Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all cleaning materials are replenished regularly.
  • Achieve and maintain high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Follow all cleaning procedures in accordance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality is a plus.
