Seafood Associate

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seafood Associate to join our team. As a Seafood Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the freshest and highest-quality seafood products.

• Receive and process seafood deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Weigh, price, and label seafood products accurately and efficiently.
• Stock and rotate seafood cases, ensuring products are displayed attractively and within expiration dates.
• Prepare and package valued-added seafood products, such as fillets and steaks.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on seafood products.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including processing cuts for service counter or special orders.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
