Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Systems Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a Cyber Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure systems and solutions to protect our customers' critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design secure systems and solutions to protect against cyber threats
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the integrity of our systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks
  • Provide subject matter expertise on cybersecurity best practices and standards
  • Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures
Requirements
  • 14 years of experience in a related field, or 12 years with a Master's degree, or 9 years with a PhD
  • Experience in IT security, cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15 years of experience in the Defense Aerospace Industry
  • 5 years of experience working within restricted program areas
  • Formal EVMS project management training with CAM experience
  • Demonstrated engineering leadership experience participating in Systems Engineering milestone reviews
