About the Role:
As a skilled IT Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our company's GxP technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to provide project support for Quality, Validation, and Product Development teams, collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Project upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10
• Oversight of vendor-provided solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handling ad-hoc technical requests from internal and external partners
• Working with team members to make informed decisions and clarify project requirements

What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting Quality and Manufacturing Systems, including Analytical Instruments
• Familiarity with Automation systems such as SCADAs, PLCs, DCS, BAS, Historians
• Experience with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV), 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, and Data Integrity compliance
• Proficiency in ITIL processes in ServiceNow

Salary Estimate:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
