Job Summary
The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Laboratory Operations plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products by overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS). This position requires a strong understanding of GMP regulations and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement quality procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, chemistry, biology).
• 6-8 years of experience in a GMP environment, with a focus on quality assurance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as paid vacation days, sick time, and health insurance.
