Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician to join our Hospital at Home team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct in-home patient care activities, including clinical assessment, obtaining vital signs, and assisting patients in need of intervention.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other members of the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Coordinate equipment and supplies to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Document patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and report patient problems to physicians, nurses, and technical staff.
  • Transport patients safely and assist with patient education.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • EMT-B or EMT-P certification.
  • BLS certification through AHA.
  • Valid driver's license, current auto liability insurance, and annual driving abstract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACLS certification.
  • PALS certification.
  • Community paramedic certification within 24 months of employment.
