Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for individual properties and consolidated entities.
  • Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze property operating expenses, variances, and trends.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for property operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
