DV Case Manager

A Reputable Company seeks a dedicated DV Case Manager to provide transitional and short-term housing assistance to survivors of crime. The ideal candidate will work directly with survivors to navigate housing options, facilitate access to additional services, and develop outreach plans to engage women in services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide field-based trauma-informed case management services to survivors of crime.
- Create individualized service plans that address clients' needs and goals.
- Link clients to necessary resources, including basic needs, health and mental health services, benefits, and housing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and local service providers.
- Collaborate with DWC staff and other community service providers to effectively meet clients' needs.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Two years of experience working as a case manager or housing specialist.
- Strong knowledge of community resources and trauma-informed care practices.
- Excellent active listening and crisis intervention skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
This is a full-time non-exempt position with regular travel throughout Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site as scheduled and have a valid California state driver's license.
