Job Summary

GRHS is seeking a skilled Physician (Board Certified) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including examining, diagnosing, and treating conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct nurses, aides, and other medical staff in the care and treatment of patients.
  • Referral of patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.
  • Advising patients on healthcare, including health promotion, disease, illness, and accident prevention.
  • Coordinate work with nurses, social workers, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
  • Examine patients, take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures, and consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health.
  • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
  • In the EMR system, complete all orders and document all evaluations, notes treatment, and plans within prescribed time frames and according to established guidelines.
  • Consult with referring M.D. as needed.
  • Provide emergency medical care.
  • Other duties as assigned.
