Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Authorization and Referral Representative to join our team at Providence Health & Services. This role is responsible for front-end revenue cycle duties, including insurance benefit investigations and submitting authorizations for infusion and enteral therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate insurance benefits to ensure accurate authorization and reimbursement
  • Submit authorizations for infusion and enteral therapies
  • Communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve authorization and reimbursement issues
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
