Job Title: Category Manager - Strategic Sales & Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic sales and analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute category-level sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Lead a team of analysts to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade marketing and promotional strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, trade marketing, finance, or data analytics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (MBA ideal)
