About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform various tasks, including stocking shelves, cleaning the store, and loading/unloading delivery trucks.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
  • Knowledge of paint and paint-related products.
