We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions that promote student progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid SLP state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is desirable, but not required.
