Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist Specialist role offers a competitive salary of $$74,000 per year, weekly pay, health, dental, and vision benefits after one month, student loan repayment, a 401(k) match, and more.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, consistent with professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

A valid state PT licensure or certification and current CPR certification are required. Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
  2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' physical function.
  3. Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
