About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team in Ontario, California. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist to work in our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, interpret examination findings, and create effective treatment strategies to address postural, gait, and ADL disorders.
  • Administer or prescribe modalities, exercise programs, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and functional ability.
  • Regularly reassess patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including Directors, Assistant Directors, and Clinical Supervisors, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A current Physical Therapist License in California (or willingness to obtain one) and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

Kaiser Permanente offers a competitive salary range for this position: $85,000 - 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
