We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical therapy needs.

Job Summary:

  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions, focusing on restoring their abilities to move and perform daily activities.
  • Conduct clinical testing and analysis to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to achieve established goals, considering age, medical history, and dysfunction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and participate in discharge planning.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • CA PT License (if CA resident) or ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire date.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Benefits:
