Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet all guests and fellow team members in a warm and welcoming manner, anticipating their needs and providing personalized support.
- Service Knowledge: Be informed and knowledgeable about our spa services, amenities, and property layout to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
- Reservation Management: Easily reserve requested services, send confirmation itineraries, and add notes to best serve our guests, while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
- Communication: Proactively communicate with departments and team members to ensure a smooth operation and address any issues or concerns.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including reporting issues, managing inventory, and taking breaks, to ensure efficient operation of the spa.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior guest service experience desired.
- Skills: Fluent English, empathetic, and authentic communication skills; strong computer skills.
- Personal Qualities: Flexible, self-motivated, positive, and professional attitude towards guests, team members, and leadership.
$17.50 an hour plus incentives and gratuity. Opportunity to make excellent pay.
