Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our team at Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring excellent care for our residents, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate departmental activities, communicate policies, and provide feedback to staff.
  • Develop a positive and empowering work environment that fosters creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure delivery of nursing care, cleanliness, and appearance of the facility, and resident needs are being addressed.
  • Oversee Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and promote high morale and staff retention.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with government regulators, residents, families, and the community.
  • Manage facility budgets and business practices, including labor costs, payables, and receivables.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues.

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of operation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising is preferred.
