Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to oversee our senior living operations. This role is pivotal in managing and directing the financial, operational, marketing, and programmatic functions of our Assisted Living & Memory Care community.
The CEO will have ultimate responsibility for the 24/7 management of community operations, ensuring high standards of care and service for our residents.
Leadership Schedule:
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full-time, day shifts, Salaried
- Weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team within the community.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget and monthly financial activities.
- Conduct monthly meetings with department heads to review financial performance and ensure budget adherence.
- Oversee the billing process for residents and tenants.
- Foster an environment that promotes quality service and high customer satisfaction.
- Support the creation of sales and marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy rates.
- Ensure the maintenance of the facility and grounds, providing guidance to staff as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and manage the survey process conducted by health officials.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) or Licensed Health Services Executive (LHSE) by BELTSS Board.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Senior Housing, Business, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
