Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for leading and directing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery. This will involve monitoring departmental activities, communicating policies, evaluating performance, and providing feedback and coaching to staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and care outcomes
  • Oversee the management of facility budgets and business practices, including labor costs, payables, and receivables
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census, payer mix, and ancillary revenues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with government regulators, residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of operation
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Gerontology, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising
