Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and activation of new medical centers, ambulatory sites, and other projects of strategic significance for UCI Health.
  • Guide the alignment and coordination between interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong matrixed relationships with system stakeholders and project partners across departments of UCI Health.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvement and implement lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, including analysis, budgeting, and feasibility studies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, process improvement, and change management.
  • Strong business planning and analytical skills, with ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
