  • Strategic Partner Engagement
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partner Marketing teams to foster collaborative partnerships and align marketing strategies and objectives.
    • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams to create and execute joint marketing campaigns that ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Partner-Specific Collateral Development
    • Create compelling partner-specific marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, data sheets, and other collateral, to meet the needs of specific partners.
    • Ensure brand consistency and alignment by maintaining brand integrity while tailoring messaging and materials to fit partner needs and market dynamics.
    • Leverage market insights to inform collateral development and ensure relevance and impact.
  • Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management
    • Engage with partner stakeholders to build and nurture relationships that ensure ongoing alignment and collaboration.
    • Facilitate regular communication and updates with partners on product developments, marketing initiatives, and performance metrics.
    • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support for partner initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Track and report on partnership performance to monitor the success of partner marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
    • Analyze and optimize strategies using data-driven insights to refine and enhance partner marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
    • Set and achieve key performance indicators for partner marketing efforts and drive the team to meet or exceed these goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent military and/or working experience.
    • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of successful partner marketing and relationship management.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
    • Project management expertise to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines.
    • Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique and compelling marketing collateral that resonates with partners.
    • Data-driven approach to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
