Your Responsibilities:
  • Attract potential buyers by analyzing competitors, fostering broker relationships, securing referrals, creating advertisements, contacting leads, organizing promotional events, and ensuring model homes are presentable
  • Identify prospective homeowners by welcoming visitors at model homes, collecting registration details, understanding their needs, assessing interests, and explaining available options

  • Develop and execute a community marketing strategy to drive traffic to our developments and complement corporate marketing initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with homeowners by providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction

  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge through company training programs, educational workshops, and industry publications
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related goals as necessary
