About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement evidence-based practices and interventions
  • Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in nursing practice, with a strong foundation in the nursing process and critical thinking
  • Current RN licensure in good standing, with a valid Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • One year of prior experience in a related field, preferably in pediatric care or with G-tube, trach, and vent management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, with opportunities for overtime pay and bonuses. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and awards and recognition programs.
