Compassionate Patient Care Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team at HopeHealth, Inc.
About the Role:
- We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, including triage, assessment, procedures, treatment, patient education, and follow-up instructions.
- Assist patients and providers in obtaining medicinal prior authorizations when required.
- Verify that patients understand the purpose of their visit.
- Maintain knowledge of examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or Associates in Nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- BLS required.
- Two years of medical office experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Adequate hearing to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.
- Must be able to communicate clearly to patients in person and over the telephone.
- Visual acuity adequately to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
