Job Summary
The Venue Operations Supervisor is tasked with delivering an exceptional i9 Sports experience while managing game-day operations at a venue. This role requires a high-energy individual who is organized and possesses strong problem-solving abilities. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children and a keen interest in sports management.

As a customer-focused organization, individuals with a background in providing outstanding service will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
1. Set up and dismantle fields for game day events.
2. Oversee and manage part-time staff and volunteer coaches.
3. Ensure the smooth operation of the venue, keeping programs on schedule.
4. Promote core values, including sportsmanship.
5. Organize game day equipment and maintain venue cleanliness.
6. Consistently exhibit a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of independent work and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage situations to ensure player safety.
- Positive attitude with a talent for building professional relationships.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and some evenings (for the full season duration).
- Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
- Access to a pickup truck or large SUV.
- Well-groomed and reliable.
- Minimum age of 24.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
