  • Perform routine maintenance, including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning equipment

Requirements
  • Related construction experience preferred
  • Current driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
  • Strong teamwork orientation and positive attitude
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
  • Knowledge of equipment and their uses
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to work independently
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent exposure to dirt, heat, cold, excessive noise, dust, grease, and vibration. The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds is required, with assistance provided for heavier loads. The position also requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
