Job Summary: Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a family medicine setting
  • Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
  • Experience in family medicine or primary care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
