Job Summary: Ascend Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a family medicine setting
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
- Experience in family medicine or primary care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
