Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist Job Overview

AtriCure, a leading provider of innovative technologies for Afib treatment, is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in cardiothoracic operating rooms and related departments.

Job Summary

This role involves providing expert guidance and support during surgical procedures where company pain management devices are utilized. You will train surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments.
  • Provide expert guidance and support during surgical procedures where company pain management devices are utilized.
  • Train surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices.
  • Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or experience equivalence.
  • B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired.
  • Experience working in an Operating Room or hospital setting is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels.
  • Ability to travel 40-60% dependent upon territory.
  • Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonus/commission. Additional benefits include car allowance, gas and cell phone reimbursement, expense account, health care, wellness programs, 401K retirement savings plan, volunteer time off, extended parental leave, discounted employee stock purchase program, and tuition reimbursement.
