We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at TRC Total Renal Care Inc. as a Dialysis Nurse in an outpatient setting. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient responses.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N.) degree.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice.
- Experience in nephrology or dialysis nursing is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
