Join Our Team: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Outpatient Mental Health team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.

About the Role: Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology and a passion for working with diverse populations. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

* Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages
* Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Provide education and support to patients and families
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Qualifications:

* Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
* Licensure to practice as a psychologist in the state of Washington
* At least 3 years of experience in a psychiatric treatment setting or medical setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
