Hertz Branch Manager Trainee Position

The Hertz Manager In Training program offers hands-on experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management, and people management. This role has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager within 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales: Drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including fleet maintenance, inventory management, and facility upkeep.
- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive outstanding service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Finance: Handle financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Fleet Management: Oversee the efficient use of company vehicles, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
- People Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- License: Valid driver's license necessary.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication.
