Job Summary

We are seeking a District Operations Manager to lead our installation projects and drive business growth in the electronic security industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing installation teams, driving project profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and coach installation schedulers and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Build and manage a network of subcontractors to drive timely completion of projects and ensure revenue delivery.
  • Review and approve time cards for installation teams, focusing on managing overtime costs and promoting productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Assist with monthly forecasts and drive project profitability by reviewing POC jobs to ensure revenue and costs are aligned.
  • Develop and implement improvement processes and tools to increase operating efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial/supervisory operations experience in the electronic security or related industry.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with various vendors and external contacts.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Occasional lifting of parts and equipment (up to 25 lbs) and ability to sit and stand for long periods.

What We Offer
