Job Summary

The Customer Service Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE) Organization is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive product strategy across multiple organizations and lead requirements gathering, prioritization of feature development, and product metrics. The ideal candidate will be able to dive deep and apply principles and products that will form an exciting roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy across multiple organizations
  • Lead requirements gathering, prioritization of feature development, and product metrics
  • Partner with WWDE program managers, various business teams, and our data and research science team to identify, surface, and drive improvements within concessions
  • Work closely with business teams, leaders, engineering teams, and scientists and business intelligence analysts in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences
  • Monitor the execution of the project, provide project progress to stakeholders, and ensure appropriate levels of product quality and performance
About the Role

This role is a key part of the WWDE Organization, which drives Amazon to provide excellent customer experiences by remediating issues in real-time, reducing defective products and purchasing experiences, and enabling others through our suite of Voice of the Customer tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
