Position Details
  • Role: Respiratory Therapist
  • Location: Northern Minnesota (Hybrid schedule)
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility. On-call and weekend duties as determined by management.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Licensing Requirements: LRT, BLS
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your clinical expertise and communication skills to support medically complex children and their families.
  • Assist in the safe transition of hospitalized children to their home environment.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on the use of medical equipment.
  • Manage and oversee your own patient caseload.
  • Conduct diagnostic studies in both home and hospital settings.
  • Build lasting, personal relationships with your patients.
  • Access additional certifications, continuing education units (CEUs), and ongoing training at no cost.
Qualifications
  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentialed by The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Successful completion of the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) examination within one year of employment
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory
