About the Role

As a Client Solutions Consultant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide expert sales consultation, driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities. You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions, influencing product development leadership on our enterprise-level innovation roadmap. Your technical expertise and sales acumen will drive the success of our clients, optimizing their use of our capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our sales teams to achieve sales targets and adhere to cost of sales objectives.
  • Develop value-based proposals and technical architectures for proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate internal and external technical customer meetings to validate discovery and solutions.
  • Gather and socialize client feedback to improve the customer experience and advise future product development.
  • Participate in the development and completion of RFI/RFP documents, prospect qualification, discovery, and requirements gathering.
  • Promote and support sales opportunities into existing client accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on product roadmaps and effectively communicate them to prospects and clients.
  • Provide feedback from the market to our product management and technology teams.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 5 years' experience in financial institutions or technology vendors servicing financial institutions or merchants.
  • 2 years' experience in sales, pre-sales, or implementation of software solutions.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%.
