Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Paramedic Critical Care to join our team. As a critical care flight paramedic, you will be responsible for providing advanced life support and critical care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide advanced life support and critical care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and protocols.
- Current certification as a Flight Paramedic Critical Care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Flight Paramedic Critical Care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
