Job Description

At NAPA Auto Parts, we pride ourselves on being more than just a parts supplier. We are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting our wholesale clients with their automotive parts inquiries over the phone.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you work on Saturday, you will have Monday off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to inquiries from wholesale customers regarding their automotive parts requirements.
  • Applying effective sales techniques to meet customer needs.
  • Clearly communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policies.
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Coordinating deliveries and managing the dispatch of drivers efficiently.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Planning optimal delivery routes for efficiency.
  • Monitoring and assessing delivery service quality using our Delivery Management System.
  • Resolving delivery challenges and providing effective solutions.
  • Handling cash returned by drivers and maintaining precise records.
  • Inspecting returned parts and preparing them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer.
  • Overseeing vehicle maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an auto parts environment or related field is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to recognize and remember part numbers and line codes.
  • Physical capability to reach upper shelves and bend to lower shelves.
  • Stamina to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour
