At NAPA Auto Parts, we pride ourselves on being more than just a parts supplier. We are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting our wholesale clients with their automotive parts inquiries over the phone.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you work on Saturday, you will have Monday off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from wholesale customers regarding their automotive parts requirements.
- Applying effective sales techniques to meet customer needs.
- Clearly communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policies.
- Addressing customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Coordinating deliveries and managing the dispatch of drivers efficiently.
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Planning optimal delivery routes for efficiency.
- Monitoring and assessing delivery service quality using our Delivery Management System.
- Resolving delivery challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Handling cash returned by drivers and maintaining precise records.
- Inspecting returned parts and preparing them for return to the Distribution Center or manufacturer.
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- 1-2 years of experience in an auto parts environment or related field is preferred.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to recognize and remember part numbers and line codes.
- Physical capability to reach upper shelves and bend to lower shelves.
- Stamina to remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License is required.

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour
