We are seeking an entry-level Assembler/Electronic Wirer to join our team at Avail Infrastructure Solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling electrical systems and support structures.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electrical or electronic systems and support structures.
- Adjust, repair, or replace component parts to correct defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Read and interpret schematic drawings and work orders to determine materials requirements and assembly instructions.
- Connect electrical wiring between components according to the wiring print, specification sheet, and Bill of Material.
- Measure and cut wire to accurate length.
- Mark and tag components so that inventory can be tracked.
- Prepare finished product for shipping by packaging and touching up paint, etc.
- Assist in loading product, if required.
- Perform ongoing housekeeping duties to keep work area clean and orderly.
- High school diploma or equivalency (GED) preferred, but not required.
- Able to learn to read tape measure and electrical point-to-point prints.
- Able to read and comprehend somewhat complex instructions.
- Able to write notes or simple correspondence.
- Able to effectively communicate information to coworkers.
